To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時嚟富臨飲茶就飲得多,今晚同屋企人,有老有嫩嚟天水圍晚飯,慶祝父親節。炎炎夏日,叫個海皇冬瓜盅,好多料,無味精...飲咗幾碗都唔口渴,走地雞配蒜蓉蟶子皇,隻雞超正,勁入味👍🏻蟶子加埋蒜蓉粉絲,好新鮮。蔥爆牛仔骨,甜甜辣辣咁,個味好夾,唔同平時出面食開嘅味道,泰皇蝦球炒通菜,辣辣地好好味😋 最特別係薑蔥焗桶蠔,望落仲以為係魚雲煲,大大隻食落口又juice, 無諗過薑蔥配蠔係咁好食😍😍😍好鍾意呢個場好大坐得好舒服,完全無壓迫感,婚宴擺酒好正呀!
