To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一碗很硬的米線

最近過左黎附近做野，第一次食，係8號風球落波要返工，所以求其食，已經無客都等左好耐，諗住打風要返工，大家都無咩mood。。所以今日幫襯第二次，仆佢個乖，我由11點45等到12點05先有得食，個米線仲要硬過我條命最諷刺係對住個裝飾，拎住碗麵，有得睇，無得食。。等等下個阿姐問我叫左野食未，凍奶茶都到左，仲要問？碗米線黎左，又比錯隔離兩個學生，我問阿姐，阿姐仲要話唔係我。。阿姐，睇清楚枱號啦最後隔離枱兩個學生都等到要催。。講真，無咁多人做野就唔好開咁多外賣平台，好阻住返工返學既人囉。。奉勸: 好得閒先好去食
