食台灣菜總離不開牛肉麵同滷肉飯, 今次呢間台灣麵就一次過滿足晒我兩個願望啦。呢款雙排雙格餐, 有十幾個選擇任你配搭, 我就揀咗兩大經典, 紅燒牛肉麵同滷肉蛋肉燥飯($68)。呢嚿極具份量嘅肥豬肉驚喜十足, 食落肉質扎實, 加上一層厚厚脂肪, 再配上一口珍珠飯, 呢仲享受, 邪惡一點又何防。紅燒牛肉麵, 湯底比較清淡, 辣度輕微, 牛展同樣大大塊, 好足料。朋友點嘅咗雞脾新竹米粉併牛肉麵, 雞皮炸成金黃色, 賣相不錯, 新竹米粉口感幼細, 軟硬適中。鳳爪配海蜇 $60 無骨鳳爪十分脆口, 海蜇口感爽彈, 配上酸辣醬汁, 十分開胃。紅油抄手 $42 (6粒)餛飩餡料飽滿, 紅油唔多, 麻辣感不太明顯。
