To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同同事係奇華小廚食晏,一入去已經見到人山人海。環境都係一般，店員都忙到踢哂腳。有幾台客側邊都有人企係度等位😢 本身想走，但又係呢個時候俾我見到一個空位。我快快手就叫左個墨丸貢丸公仔面。因為出前一丁面要加五蚊，我就問有無普通既公仔面啦，點知原來係無既不過無所謂啦都係$39啫。最後等左20分鐘先黎我問佢點解咁耐，佢話因爲今日多客，同埋個公仔面係要過水淥兩次架食落面質的確係幾彈牙，係同其他茶記係有少少唔同雖然環境麻麻，但絕對有機會會再黎幫襯
