To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

與另一半俱為日食老饕，對著這總算全港數一數二的日式自助餐，總有著不到黃河心不死之慨。上週末終於有緣一試，可惜twin tower 之一海膽從缺，雖說不是海膽死硬番士，也不免為此行添上一點遺憾。另一主角拖羅雖然任點任食，但好似除左頭一份assort 係大拖羅外，其他只是普通材料，加上其他咸食不多，甜品亦不算令人齒甲留香，450大元是否物有所值，幾乎全視乎你鯨吞了多少拖羅而定。overall 黎講，食下情調見識下就夠，要食好似出面那general 自助餐繽紛d... 可能我鍾意熱鬧小小啦!!
