好日都唔入西灣,今次去朋友屋企,佢book左呢間係佢附近嘅百味鮮,話好多小菜都好好食,誠意推介。一睇menu親已經覺得好好味,好有避風堂感覺。炒螺炒蟹,睇見都想食。我等朋友發辨,坐定定等食。一開始黎左兩個前菜先,就係蒜香凍螺同埋麻辣凍豬手。平時好少地方有得食呢d 菜色,已經有6-7年冇食過。個凍螺好好食,今面已經係入晒味,蒜香好濃,秒速清晒。平時唔係好食豬手嘅我都覺得呢個凍豬手好食。佢個汁有d 人口水雞個汁,好香,少少辣,食豬手有d似食凍雞腳咁,食汁多過真係食肉😂之後就有呢個青芥牛立方,呢個好特別,佢有少少似washabi 味沙律炒牛肉粒,一開始好開胃,慢慢就會有washabi攻鼻感覺出左黎。牛肉粒都算好多同埋嫩身唔硬。金銀蛋浸生菜係最有驚起,佢同出面食個d 唔同,個湯可以飲埋,勁甜勁香好好飲。佢入面仲有一條條咸蛋黃,好有口感好好食,真材實料。一定要叫。之後主角就到喇,新加坡炒辣蟹,我地叫少就,辣所以唔算辣,個汁有dd似蕃茄。個蟹肉係極級嫩滑,一d都唔「鞋」。size亦都好合理,蟹夾都有成隻手掌咁大ga.當然仲有我最愛黃金蝦啦,隻隻都好大隻,有5-8.6隻咁多。咸蛋黃香味一上枱就嗅到喇

最後朋友驚我地唔夠飽就叫左個炒米,其實我已經食唔落喇。同行朋友話好食,清清地,炒米乾身唔濕,亦都有好多搖柱仔。

今次食飯好有驚喜,依家好少餐廳做呢d菜色,而呢到價錢唔貴但係味道一流,如果我住港島區一定會成日黎食。
