To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我從來未寫過食評, 就係因為今次嘅經歷太不愉快決定要寫出嚟, 希望唔好再有人中招! 上星期六我爸爸擺大壽, 因為經朋友介紹而選擇富臨皇宮, 話佢地新裝修好靚同服務OK, 咁就出事喇..爸爸D朋友4:30去到一直無人招呼斟茶, 直至6點幾叫到先開始有人問下飲唔飲茶, 8:30開席, 8:45上第一道應該係乳豬全體, 佢出錯左乳豬拼盤 算喇...叫佢轉番, 9:00先上第一道菜, 都唔緊要喇, 點知9:40都未上第二道菜! 出去追左三次都無人知點解咁耐, 淨係同你講個廚房好忙WOR..外面WALK IN客都食飽走人喇, 我地呢D一早訂左反而要等咁耐???重要你唔問佢佢地都唔出聲, 不聞不問終於响9:45上第二道龍蝦, D親朋戚友餓左咁耐諗住有好嘢食喇, 點知D龍蝦係黑色嘅叫個部長嚟問佢話D龍蝦劏得耐變左色, 但佢本身係新鮮WOR..有無攪錯???變左黑色嘅龍蝦已經唔新鮮喇, 重攞出嚟俾人食?油泡嘅帶子又炸到乾哂變左橙色(應該係白色), 攪到好"UN"..到上鮑魚嘅時候, 其中一枱加左隻鮑魚又無加, 另一枱明明有十二隻又得十一隻, 攪到D親朋戚友要計完數先敢攞埋位食唔知係咪趕時間收工(因為全

爸爸D朋友4:30去到一直無人招呼斟茶, 直至6點幾叫到先開始有人問下飲唔飲茶,
8:30開席, 8:45上第一道應該係乳豬全體, 佢出錯左乳豬拼盤
算喇...叫佢轉番,
9:00先上第一道菜, 都唔緊要喇, 點知9:40都未上第二道菜!

出去追左三次都無人知點解咁耐, 淨係同你講個廚房好忙WOR..
外面WALK IN客都食飽走人喇, 我地呢D一早訂左反而要等咁耐???
重要你唔問佢佢地都唔出聲, 不聞不問


終於响9:45上第二道龍蝦, D親朋戚友餓左咁耐諗住有好嘢食喇, 點知D龍蝦係黑色嘅

叫個部長嚟問佢話D龍蝦劏得耐變左色, 但佢本身係新鮮WOR..有無攪錯???
變左黑色嘅龍蝦已經唔新鮮喇, 重攞出嚟俾人食?


油泡嘅帶子又炸到乾哂變左橙色(應該係白色), 攪到好"UN"..到上鮑魚嘅時候, 其中一枱加左隻鮑魚
又無加, 另一枱明明有十二隻又得十一隻, 攪到D親朋戚友要計完數先敢攞埋位食


唔知係咪趕時間收工(因為全部嘢食遲哂), 同一時開擺兩碟食物, 食左無一陣
又成日問重要唔要, 收碟最快手, 食都食得唔安樂...本來應該上翅先再上魚, 點知D魚嚟早左,
D侍應將D魚放埋一邊, 要等D翅嚟上完先再上魚
, 我姑姐即刻話佢地, 佢地先至
上左條魚俾我地先乍..大佬, D魚涷左會鯹呢個道理唔係唔識丫MA???

最後上壽包, 又少左, 真係不知所謂


結果食到11:15先完成左呢餐晚飯


埋單時同個經理反映, 佢只係不斷講"係咩?有咁嚴重咩?真係唔好意思喇.."
我話"下? 你一句唔好意思就算? 我地擺大壽想開開心心, 依家D客人個個食到一肚氣
"
經理即刻話" X小姐, 除左講唔好意思之外, 張單我唔可以做到D咩架! 咁你想點丫???"
我都即刻同佢講" 我無想點, 亦無講過話要你賠, 而家應該係你話我知你想點LOR.."
跟住個經理就叫我打去佢地個客戶服務度投訴


之後D朋友話富臨D服務態度係咁上下, 而且大集團唔會理我嘅投訴(有朋友試過但無跟進).
所以叫我慳番啖氣.

朋友介紹D服務都差成咁, 仲要每圍5XXX, 出面大把選擇好過你多多聲喇..
NO SECOND TIME!!!
