To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 點咗「小確幸奶茶」,甜度無得揀,要咗凍既。基本上明白點解無得揀甜度,因為杯嘢都唔甜,得奶味無咩茶味,唯一甜既係啲芋頭茸,珍珠同紅豆都食得出,不過比啲奶味蓋過晒。收錢個小弟弟都頗有禮貌,每個客攞到杯嘢都有講點樣飲,譬如「你呢杯要攪吓佢先飲」「你呢杯飲一啖、攪一攪、飲一啖、再攪一攪」,呢啲先係服務嚟㗎嘛
