To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 添好運,名氣真係大,喺咁唔方便既地方開,星期日一樣要等成個鐘先有得食,今次一行6人,差唔多試哂佢8成既點心,包括枱枱必食嘅酥皮叉燒包,豬潤腸,蝦餃,燒賣…最好食算係呢個,包鬆化,剛出爐口感超好,一定要趁熱食,不過汁多咗少少呢個有驚喜,足料鮮甜,粥底又夠綿,連一向不喜歡食粥既我都要添食其他點心味道就一般,馬拉糕蒸得過分,食落太濕,沒有馬拉糕應有的彈力;桂花糕一夾即散;豬潤腸部份豬潤又蒸唔熟,腸粉皮又唔算滑。總體嚟講,只係一般酒樓質素,如果要排成個鐘要行咁遠,都係坐得唔舒服既平民食茶點,我一定揀上環既蓮香居囉!!

其他點心味道就一般,馬拉糕蒸得過分,食落太濕,沒有馬拉糕應有的彈力;桂花糕一夾即散;豬潤腸部份豬潤又蒸唔熟,腸粉皮又唔算滑。

總體嚟講,只係一般酒樓質素,如果要排成個鐘要行咁遠,都係坐得唔舒服既平民食茶點,我一定揀上環既蓮香居囉!!
