To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 假日四處也要等位.. 這裡搭臺的話便可以節省了不少等候的時間!環境是好的.. 像在船上進餐.. 人是多的.. 皆因這區沒有太多的大型鏈鎖酒樓.. 食物方便算是不錯.. 但水準每次不一!蝦腸內的蝦細小.. 還吃不到有韭黃.. 怎稱它為韭黃鮮蝦腸粉?蝦餃比較像樣.. 皮薄餡靚.. 牛肉球和粉果也不錯.. 兩款不同的燒賣不是太好.. 口感比較(林)而有肥豬肉..煎蘿蔔糕差.. 沒有蘿蔔味之餘麵粉太多..春卷香脆.. 兩種不同煮法的鳳爪亦很入味!整體來說是一般.. 如果點心可以熱一點便更好了!
