To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 叫左 LV4 既美國 SRF 和牛放題,肉類選擇分別有:美國SRF和牛、美國上級牛胸腹、美國牛胸腹、丹麥皇冠豚梅肉和美國特選雞腿肉。而湯底方面揀左櫻花蝦沙爹湯和四川麻辣湯。一坐低,侍應會上個鍋同埋你揀個個餐既肉類各一碟,之後就可以按照個人喜好用平板去追加肉類。不過當日我地揀既LV4只係黎左美國上級牛胸腹、美國牛胸腹、丹麥皇冠豚梅肉和美國特選雞腿肉,而全個套餐最貴既美國SRF和牛就消失左。明明叫左LV4就黎得LV3既肉,感覺欠佳。首先講下自助區有咩食物揀。丸類方面就有魚肉包雞丸、龍蝦丸、墨魚丸、南瓜芝士丸、蟹王餅等。其實丸類差唔多無一款係好食,如果真係要試既話可以試下魚肉包雞丸。呢款丸一咬開好多汁,入面既雞肉非常滑,比起打邊爐既雞肉更加嫩滑。其他丸類普遍黎講都係乾同埋太實心,完全無咬口。例如南瓜芝士丸,第一食落無南瓜味,第二芝士係假芝士味,成粒丸都係好膠既感覺。另外就講下菜類,呢到既蔬菜種類都算多,基本上一般打邊爐店有既蔬菜都有。不過如果想食d比較特別既菜例如羽衣甘藍就無了。菜類都算新鮮,無蓉蓉爛爛。美國上級牛胸腹之後就講下放題既肉類。因為第一次上既肉類無美國SRF和牛,所以就淨系食左美

美國上級牛胸腹

之後就講下放題既肉類。因為第一次上既肉類無美國SRF和牛,所以就淨系食左美國上級牛胸腹。呢款肉牛騷味比較重,另外就係脂肪都比較多,一層肉一層脂肪,食落口感都唔錯。

美國SRF和牛

我地第一碟既美國SRF和牛係我地追加先有。睇得出同美國上級牛胸腹有好大分別。望落去有明顯既雪花蚊,食落口就有濃烈既味,但就唔係美國上級牛胸腹既騷味而係牛味。

至於雞肉同豬肉方便就無咩特別,可以話係比較其他打邊爐黎講無咁好食,所以食左一開始黎個碟之後就無再追加。

湯底!!!四川麻辣湯底唔算好辣,亦都唔會越食越辣,而覺得唔夠辣既朋友可以係追加到揀辣醬增加辣味。不過個湯底真係有d太油,食完第二日我地兩個都肚屙!!!!可能湯底太油膩既關係。如果大家唔想食太油可以揀返清湯類,例如昆布湯。
