To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

1. 黎依度食左個自助餐. 多數都係大路野，冇乜特別. 海鮮並唔新鮮，啲螺好出事，唯一算ok既就係蝦. 刺身方面，見到燈光下啲三文魚等等色澤暗淡，已經冇哂食慾. 食勻哂，其中有幾樣我覺得唔錯. 1，烤雞翼. 即烤，非常之嫩，而且表面有薄薄一層微焦. 好食2，中湯，足料暖胃，相反西湯就奶油味太重，不太喜歡. 3，意大利飯，有專人即煮，可自選帶子，墨魚，蟹肉，蘆荀，蘑菇等配料，芝士味頗濃4，自助即製格仔餅，即製同人地整/ 整好再翻熱係完全唔同，個種新鮮香脆，加埋hagen daz./ movenpick ，朱古力汁係面，冇得頂其他就見仁見智了. 不過平價自助餐，不能要求太多.

食勻哂，其中有幾樣我覺得唔錯.
1，烤雞翼. 即烤，非常之嫩，而且表面有薄薄一層微焦. 好食
2，中湯，足料暖胃，相反西湯就奶油味太重，不太喜歡.
3，意大利飯，有專人即煮，可自選帶子，墨魚，蟹肉，蘆荀，蘑菇等配料，芝士味頗濃
4，自助即製格仔餅，即製同人地整/ 整好再翻熱係完全唔同，個種新鮮香脆，加埋hagen daz./ movenpick ，朱古力汁係面，冇得頂

其他就見仁見智了. 不過平價自助餐，不能要求太多.
