To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 當日其他餐廳都等候需時,於是過咗嚟美中鴨子輪候,人流相對小啲,等咗幾個字就有位。餐廳門口位置設開放式部分,可以睇到師傅切片皮鴨。同時,衛生環境一目了然。當日見到師傳整晚連口罩都唔戴⋯⋯ 處理食品的職員至少要戴個紙口罩吧? 正值covid兼流感高鋒期,就份外擔心。點了一份基本的二人套餐,比起續樣單點可以品嘗更多菜式。先來一碟經典冷盤菜。湯羹份量ok,溫度雖熱但可入口。其他食物由於食緊片皮鴨,無影到相。片皮鴨正常發揮,不會很驚艷。對主打片皮鴨個食店來說,鴨同皮都未符合水準。感覺就似一般的中菜館。不過聽講,唔同分店嘅食物質素會唔一樣?以上純粹個人感想⋯⋯

湯羹份量ok,溫度雖熱但可入口。

其他食物由於食緊片皮鴨,無影到相。

片皮鴨正常發揮,不會很驚艷。對主打片皮鴨個食店來說,鴨同皮都未符合水準。感覺就似一般的中菜館。

不過聽講,唔同分店嘅食物質素會唔一樣?
