To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

夜晚11點半宵夜轉場，去咗觀塘工業區搵嘢食。由於本身想去食的海鮮蒸鍋，唔係full booking就係快收爐，之後决定再試新匯聚。雞蛋煎魚腸頭盤叫咗個餐前小食。做前菜可以，但香味唔够出。出嚟唔會散又或者過耐。芝麻雞既然嚟到，當然叫埋招牌菜。值得一讚塊雞皮整得剛剛好，脆得嚟唔會皮肉分離。雞肉味道唔錯，冰鮮雞口感難高要求。蜜糖薯仔牛柳粒牛仔粒整得好唔錯，好Juice，真幾幾好食。但牛肉汁入唔到薯仔度，只有薯仔同蜜糖味。份量係足夠嘅，不過薯仔比例係偏多d，有d滯。最後加多個油菜，埋單兩個人二百三，過得去。會番啅，不過都係早d去食晚餐。太夜，潮洲餸收咗爐，呢d又太滯。

既然嚟到，當然叫埋招牌菜。值得一讚塊雞皮整得剛剛好
