To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 看見網評說不錯,CP值高就打算試一試,怎料滿失望。先說蠔餅:蠔仔是大粒,但蛋餅不是香脆那種,倒像是煎薄餅 ,沒有口感失色不少。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。另外,鹵水拼盤,鵝肉瘦到骨多過肉海鮮孖寶:海蝦同扇貝更加差,淡水蝦十隻左右,扇貝係超細粒,不新鮮不超值。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。唯一就小炒類正常點....叫左個炒菜同生炒骨ok總體而言,沒有驚喜,亦有點失望,希望改進。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。
