To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 入到去見到得小貓三四隻都覺得中中地伏但見 OpenRice 冇劣評,覺得都可以一試啦坐低叫左幾樣餸:蠔餅,金銀蛋時蔬,鼓椒炒花甲,椒鹽九肚魚同埋滷水拼盤最快黎既竟然係炒花甲,但d「花甲」勁細隻,一d 都唔似花甲。仲要唔熱既。味道都冇咩好講,唔難食既,係有d 貨不對辦姐之後上金銀蛋時蔬,正正常常啦再黎椒鹽九肚魚。無咩味,唔算好差,但唔算好。再上滷水拼盤。一黎佢咁遲上已經覺得奇怪,二黎佢個拼盤可話係無味既。d 鵝腸食落都好霉。簡單黎講,唔好食。最後千呼萬喚始出來。點之前係 OpenRice 睇左相,都知係煎唔係炸。但點都估唔到佢係咁….好大塊,不過d 粉有d 多,入面有芫茜。同行有人唔鐘意食芫茜,咬左兩啖就放棄。都算係有d 無奈加埋支青島,五個人食埋單每人約120元簡單總結,食個頹飯都okay,想好好坐低食一餐就不了

朋友說好食, 今天叫外賣一試, 雞煲真係好香好惹味呀! 惹味雞煲揀了bb辣, 小朋友都食到。叫了全隻雞, 講真份量唔係好多, 但夠一家四口, 兩大兩細食。返到屋企加熱, 全屋都充滿香噴噴的雞煲味, 不過要有心理準備, 屋企d香味要吹下風先散。買外賣時仲見到佢寫住每日免費派飯, 依家咁嘅時勢都仲咁有心幫人, 雖然我唔知佢係咪真係有派, 但起碼有心/曾經有做吖, 都好有人情味! 好少寫食評, 但真係好好食, 想支持小店! 一定會再幫襯!

看見網評說不錯,CP值高就打算試一試,怎料滿失望。先說蠔餅:蠔仔是大粒,但蛋餅不是香脆那種,倒像是煎薄餅 ,沒有口感失色不少。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。另外,鹵水拼盤,鵝肉瘦到骨多過肉海鮮孖寶:海蝦同扇貝更加差,淡水蝦十隻左右,扇貝係超細粒,不新鮮不超值。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。唯一就小炒類正常點....叫左個炒菜同生炒骨ok總體而言,沒有驚喜,亦有點失望,希望改進。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

可能太夜收工的關係,沒感到太肚餓。於是跟好姊妹到附近的潮州菜館打冷。菜館位於屋村商場內有冷氣嘆最適合兩個女仔邊吃邊傾計。雖然佬味有點重,但打冷又怎可缺少啤酒呢? 用金屬杯盛載特別冰凍。先來一個鹵鴨拼盤,我們自選了鴨腎、豬大腸及腩肉。鹵水不但沒過過鹹,更很入鴨腎爽口,豬大腸無腥味,腩肉亦很腍。椒鹽鮮魷外層炸粉不厚, 內層魷魚仍保持鮮美及爽脆。 配上椒鹽特別香口。最後來一碗蠔仔肉碎湯飯,蠔仔很大隻而且份量很多。街坊價錢,食物質素不錯。

我覺得廣源嘅朋友好幸福,咁多選擇,街市仲有得掃街,連老一輩嘅潮洲野都有!豉椒炒花甲極用心炒,味道毫不單一,配料落足又靚,連刀工都出埋,雖然花甲唔大隻,但亦有鮮味,確實難得椒絲腐乳通菜滿滿青翠綠的一款,好嫩又清新,腐乳瞬間變左輕輕配上嘅配角滷水拼盤 (鵝肉+鵝腸+鴨舌)3款最愛,好厚肉有鵝味,鵝腸唔會有過多脂肪,鴨舌入味,作為小食好爽,一邊飲下茶咁潮汕蠔餅不一般蠔餅,同樣大大隻蠔,但蛋餅整法,少左份熱氣但多左份蛋香同軟熟口感,大愛全部都好好碟好抵食,店員仲好好有,有人情味的菜館
