To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友諗住星期六夜晚過嚟宵夜,見到羊腩煲都幾抵食,$38有齊晒羊腩腐竹馬蹄竹筍,食完羊腩煲仲可以加水打邊爐,邊爐配料有六折,但係質素就麻麻哋。諗住羊肉片都幾抵食,但係上到嚟全部都係黑嘅,同staff反映咗一次,好唔情願幫我哋換咗,但係更加似只係反轉咗本身嗰份,個底都係好黑,再同我哋解釋啲羊肉本身血水凝結咗就會變黑色,但係其實之前食咗咁多次都冇呢個問題,最後都係同佢講退咗就算。明白做到咁平都冇特別要求啲咩好好嘅質素,但係唔係好明顯有問題都話冇問題,換完一次都係咁,叫做好少少,或者甚至乎只係反轉咗入面扮見唔到啲黑色就算。
