To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇食上海菜,但MCP的上海婆婆close咗,選擇了這家開業不久的謝謝儂。舖面裝修Ok,坐位略嫌密集但理解。食物水準参差。regular 蒸的爆汁小籠包味道唔錯,夠熱,可以接受,同樣係小籠包,但香煎小籠包就唔係好掂,皮厚,(可能煎要整厚D皮🤔),但底煎得唔夠香脆,亦唔夠熱。小食拼盤亦参差。烤夫味淡,糖醋小排好味,肴肉硬,口感似擦膠。排骨湯麵又係咁🤦🏻‍♀️。麵條彈牙得嚟又滑,湯底清甜,讚!但可惜主角"排骨”又乾又柴皮。最後,全晚最後悔就係點了”柚子蜜汁雞球”味偏甜,汁太多,太稠,勁多洋葱,賣相又唔掂。難怪餐牌冇相片啦。埋單$34x,因有禮券優惠,連小費齊頭三舊。温馨提示:餐廳未有酒牌😅
