To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為老公要去上環，所以索性响上環食埋先返屋企，上Openrice搜尋好西係必然o既事，勢估唔到上環都有拉麵，而且一致好評，唔好諗咁多gogogo！招牌熊拉麵 $85我哋同樣點咗呢個招牌熊拉麵，因為呢款有蛋兼唔辣，麵有分粗幼，叉燒有分肥同瘦，既然平時食開既叉燒唔肥，咁今次就豁出去叫件肥叉，叉燒用火槍燒過，份外香氣撲鼻，肥o既部分仲入口即溶，超正！麵靱度十足，湯底濃郁得嚟又唔油，我忍唔住飲晒成碗heehee，蛋係流心中帶點creamy，係我鍾意o既流心程度，呢碗拉麵我比5粒星，極力推介呢個＂熊＂！熊自家製餃子 $38即叫即煎，非常熱辣可口，餃子皮薄多餡兼多肉汁，再點埋特製醬油，就算叫我食晒成碟都唔夠喉呀！二人共消費: $208 (無加一)
