To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 稻香一蚊雞終於回來了!這個消息我也是從火車上的廣告得知, 只限周一至周五, 便決定周五去湊一下熱鬧. 馬鞍山的分店沒有了, 最近的要去到沙田. 如果不想等位, 六點前便要到達拿位了. 幸好我的家人早點到達, 不然我們便是在外面等的那一批人了!今次的一蚊雞不只木桶豉油雞, 是原隻燒春雞, 正常雞的大小. 上菜時, 雞還是熱乎乎, 漲卜卜的, 是剛燒好出來的樣子. 他們給了兩對膠手套及較剪, 方便自己分配. 如要廚房切好端上, 要另加$30呢! 我們覺得也沒這必要, 自己來吧!我才拿起雞脾, 不怎用力, 都分離了, 雞油香氣撲鼻而來. 雞皮燒得甚脆, 皮下的脂肪溶掉很多, 真的皮脆肉滑! 這燒春雞比木桶雞來得特別, 甚有驚喜!回頭率甚高!提要:2人可叫一隻$1雞, 4人可叫兩隻, 如此類推!另外茶錢是$13/ 位.
