To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今年稻香又推出一蚊雞呀!不過今次唔係白切雞係燒雞,但都要來食呀!主角係燒雞都要點幾樣小菜來吃,唔通真係食雞就夠咩!一蚊脆皮燒雞終於上枱喇,仲有幾塊脆卜卜蝦片。每人一對膠手套準備用手扯開隻雞喇。正大大隻雞脾肉質鮮嫰熱辣辣少許咸,皮薄炸得脆卜卜無肥膏。“勝瓜炒墨魚花”勝瓜清甜,墨魚新鮮爽脆唔韌。“鮮果京都骨”醬汁酸甜,菠蘿醒胃,京都骨肉質嫰滑唔嚡。“鮑汁炆豬膝”鮑汁惹味,豬膝夠入味,豬皮軟綿綿帶少許軟骨,豬膝入口即溶好味。
