To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨晚一肚氣，8：15分等位，8點45入座,坐低無人理，冇人招呼都算，茶都冇人開，叫個四眼男侍應落雞煲，答我哋自動落左，預左我哋食雞煲，好又信你一次，等左10分鐘都未嚟，後面遲過我哋都有，好再等多10分鐘都未見，有個女侍應路過都有追，9點30見有6，7個煲推出嚟，身邊所有檯都有，火都嚟埋，即走😡😡😡😡😡😡服務態度差到不得了，只係叫人買月餅劵，以後都唔會去
