To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大喜屋放題大家都唔會陌生吧？集團式經營，多個地區都有分店，我比較常去嘅係尖沙咀嘅殿大喜屋😁 佢價錢比大喜屋貴dd🤏🏻 但野食選擇超多超高質，即使去過幾次都覺得值得都訪再訪！上星期平日放工去到，一如以往已經坐滿人，好彩有訂位👍🏻 入到去係好大area嘅自助吧，冷盤海鮮，炸物，熱食，野飲清酒，雪糕甜品，全部任攞任食，真係花多眼亂🥰 當中有個壽司吧仲有師傅即叫即整手卷，有我最like嘅海膽，忍唔住先食左2件🤣番到位即刻用qr code落單，雖然黎過幾次但menu成日更新，絕不會食厭😁 今次有驚喜嘅係超厚煎鵝肝😨 都係即叫即煎，任叫任食！鵝肝上枱熱辣辣，未食已經有香味，而且係超厚切，大大啖咬落去有香濃軟滑油脂，配上下面嘅脆多士啱啱好，呢味真係encore左好多次🤣🤣🤣 回本之選！
