To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 燒烤同涮涮鍋可以一齊，之前行過見都有啲人食，所以今次一試，但…..絕對不會再去。食物質素真的差，肉好明顯係一早切定放雪櫃無醃無味，全靠自己調味醬料，味道亦普通，用黎燒只給予鹽作調味，叫了中間價錢任食，選擇小，有部分要俾錢加，牛丸咁基本都話嗰日都話無，第一次叫無黎，第二次再叫先話無，其他前菜叫了亦無黎，提一提先俾個泡菜，食咗一塊已無再食。唯一加錢任飲酒水ok，$88任飲清啤同$4x任飲清酒，環境舒適，員工服務亦好好。
