我見識少,客家菜我剩係食過呢間同客家好棧(講真我唔覺客家好棧有幾客家),如果住北區嘅朋友都可能知,聯和墟無咩多,餐廳最多!(以前未曾火燒舊街市時代,聯和墟係有200+間食肆!)新漢記日日都仲爆到九彩,好唔好食唔洗多講. 禽晚早收工,八點幾返到粉嶺點知老媽子無煮飯,仲好!一於又去新漢記,去到好彩有張細枱,我地坐低坐出面都又有幾枱等緊.兩個人,食唔到幾多,諗左好耐一於試兩樣未食過嘅野. 黃酒炒雞好香,有種類似薑醋嘅味道,雞啱啱好,好滑! 送飯一流,最衰就係我最愛嘅雞尖焦左.. 可惜可惜 魚腐浸菜心正! 魚腐索晒d菜湯,好好味,菜心唔會浸到"林"晒,d湯好清甜,我飲左好多另外仲食左. 砵仔飯天氣凍左,連飯都凍埋  蠔餅老媽子要食,唔係炸,軟身,似蠔仔炒蛋多d.再加啤酒,圓滿結束唯一問題..  上菜等好q耐

再加啤酒,圓滿結束
