To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一大早跟家人出發到深水埗,目的就是這家米芝蓮點心專門店。我們9時多到達,不用等位。點心款式不算多,打星的是本分店特有。我們3人一共點了9款點心。酥皮焗叉燒包是其中一款我覺得相當不錯的。菠蘿皮面很酥脆,叉燒餡也很多。另外也叫了瘦肉粥,牛肉球,炒麵跟腸粉。賽磅蟹春卷,鮑汁鳳爪跟爆炸醬鮮肉釀油條也是分店獨有。可是春卷有點太咸,鳳爪也很普通。另一款我覺得不錯的是流沙奶皇煎堆。熱騰騰的奶黃跟鬆脆的外皮很配。
