Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 合和中心是上一代的名人集中地,保留咗好多老店。經得起風浪嘅食肆,自然無論食物質素還是服務水準都有質素。首先是刺身五點,最吸精係大拖羅,真係齒頰留香,一啖一咬,魚油四溢,滿口魚香,真係好滿足。赤貝爽口,牡丹蝦綿滑,所有刺身質素不錯,為一是鮮甜味不夠。壽司10件,用上不少貴魚。壽司飯大小適中,魚生後設,配搭得很好。嚟到居酒屋,點都要試吓串燒,點知依度串燒碟碟有驚喜,一試難忘,一定會返嚟再食。燒鰻魚,皮脆肉嫩,肉質爽脆,好正!牛舌 juicy厚切有咬口。最後飲碗湯暖吓個胃,石鍋牛肉菜湯, $48超抵。亦冇將價就貨,用了豐富鮮甜美味。另外服務都10分貼心,每上一碟餸都會幫你換碟,侍應亦會主動介紹自己的名字和每道菜。
