我地揀咗粋set,$1880
前菜已經好精緻,眼前一亮!教我地進食順序:豆漿腐皮/螢光魷魚/沖繩蟹肉海藻(個人覺得好酸,麻麻地)/螺/梅酒浸蕃茄(好好食😋梅酒嘅甜滲透入剝咗皮嘅蕃茄,好甜好fresh,完全冇酒嗰種苦味)

刺身二:由左至右食起:剝皮魚加魚肝醬(呢個魚肝醬師傅加咗好多details落去,有小蔥碎同磨柑桔皮碎,包住魚刺身食落去,有肝油香之餘,仲好清新,煙煙韌韌)/金目錭就比較普通,燒過皮都幾脆口,但略嫌唔夠香/反而下面嘅右口魚包住燒過嘅右口魚裙邊就好香口,燒過嘅油脂流晒出嚟,比右口魚包住一齊食落肚💯/最後係用黎清下口嘅青檸啫喱(都係覺得好驚艷🙊)

刺身三:慢煮鮟鱇魚肝。呢個真心正!滑嫩又creamy又肥美,好似食緊大大舊鵝肝咁,好滿足。最細心係夾埋蘿白片,嗰種甜脆,雙重口感,沖走咗膩,剩低嘅只有甜同鮮。

跟住黎到料理嘅環節:毛蟹+蟹膏豆腐+蟹醋,上層係腿,下層有蟹膏碎肉,有層次得來,又啖啖肉,好輕易就用匙羹食😋仲有成塊嘅蟹膏啫喱,好特別,充滿海洋氣息又唔腥😍出色
另一個料理係原條紅燒喜知次,有日本紅寶石之稱!嫩滑又有魚香。上網check完先知原來好珍貴🙊真係值

然後嚟到壽司嘅部份,都係好出色,但係我覺得飯方面略嫌太酸,反而有啲搶咗刺身嘅味
帶子壽司、深海池魚壽司、火灸北寄貝壽司、池魚昆布壽司、淡路由良海膽、北海道馬糞海膽壽司、赤鯥魚壽司、深海鱈魚壽司

當中最驚艷就一定係呢個淡路由良海膽😍有種好特別嘅香味好似花香定係生果嘅清甜,係食完之後,口腔仲一直殘留住嗰種甜味😋一直到而家都念念不忘

最後師傅仲送咗蔥拖羅手卷俾我哋食🥳 裏面包左蔥同天婦羅碎碎,口感好豐富~

最後有成隻匙羹咁大嘅大蜆昆布清湯,同埋好甜嘅靜岡蜜瓜埋尾,好滿足又奢華嘅一餐😋開心
