To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去了一間位於尖沙咀K11 Musea中的Chatterbox Café，聽朋友說，這家店是一家著名的海南雞飯餐廳！今日與媽媽一齊去！我們進入餐廳後，被其現代化的裝潢和寬敞的用餐環境所吸引。餐廳的氛圍非常舒適，讓人感到放鬆自在。餐廳內部採用明亮的燈光，裝飾著簡約時尚的家具，給人一種時尚又舒適的感覺。先說說飲品吧！Chatterbox Café的朱古力美祿恐龍非常受歡迎，因為它的口感非常獨特。我們點了一杯，它的朱古力波波外層鬆脆，口感非常豐富，讓人一試難忘。當我們品嚐到Chatterbox Café的海南雞飯時，我們感到非常驚喜。雞肉非常嫩滑，米飯香氣十足，更重要的是，餐廳的雞醬汁淋在海南雞上，令味道更加濃郁。此外，海南雞飯的配料盤也非常豐富，有我最愛的薑蓉等，讓人可以根據自己的口味調味。總的來說，Chatterbox Café是一家非常值得一試的餐廳。下次經過一定要再食！
