Restaurant: Chatterbox Café (AIRSIDE)

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同女朋友去啟德站嘅Airside商場入面行街，食咗間叫Chatterbox Cafe嘅餐廳，佢哋嘅文華海南雞飯同海鮮福建炒麵令人難以忘懷。講起文華海南雞飯，就一定要讚下佢哋嘅雞髀，肉質嫩滑得嚟保持到雞肉原有嘅鮮美。雞皮吃落微微嘅彈性，帶出淡淡嘅雞油香，係咁簡單嘅配搭之下，都能夠品嚐到食材嘅本身滋味。而佢哋嘅雞飯粒粒分明，每一啖飯都飽含雞油嘅香味，與雞肉一齊入口，真係令人一試難忘。再講講佢哋嘅海鮮福建炒麵，喺傳統手法上加入新意，炒麵保持咗彈性，同時吸滿咗海鮮同豬肉嘅鮮味。每條麵都包裹住醬汁，味道濃郁，仲有啲微微嘅焦香。海鮮部分新鮮得嚟分量足，尤其係蝦，每一啖都係彈牙鮮甜，令人回味無窮。Chatterbox Cafe嘅環境同服務都非常出色，裝修現代而舒適，等食客喺購物後能享受一段悠閒嘅飲食時光。餐廳嘅服務員都好有禮貌，親切嘅服務態度令人感到賓至如歸。總括嚟講，Chatterbox Cafe係一間值得推介嘅餐廳，下次一定再食！☺️
