今日去左荃灣呢間主打食番茄米線既新店。成間餐廳佈置好懷舊,有老香港特色,勁多打卡位,座位夠寬敞。餐牌選擇除左招牌番茄湯之外,仲有麻辣同水煮系列,價錢亦好親民。花膠雞湯米線:用上矜貴既花膠,讓客人可以平民價錢,品嚐到高質食材。大大塊花膠加上成隻切雞脾,鋪喺米線上面,淨係賣相已經非常吸引眼球,花膠無腥味,炆得夠腍,有咬口;切雞脾嫩滑可口。番茄湯底牛乳炒蛋:番茄湯超級香濃,有好多番茄蓉,配上炒蛋簡直係絕配,蛋煎到金黃色,蛋香十足又滑溜,撈埋番茄湯一齊食,好食到成碗米線連湯飲晒。招牌瑞士雞脾:雞脾好大隻,醃得好入味,連D雞肉都係深啡色,個瑞士汁唔會太甜,帶少許肉桂味。香煎豬扒:煎到全熟但又保持到肉質嫩滑,火喉控制得剛剛好。華田脆脆:上枱仲暖暖地,口感香脆可口,充滿阿華田風味 。
