To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直係慈雲山返學,但都唔發現依家老店,因為佢只做晚市自暑假係又係慈雲山返工,就開始成日去3記食宵夜到以家,時不時都會同舊同事去開餐尋晚, 又去開餐了最愛就係佢既蠔餅($38).可能有點誇,但我真係覺得3記既蠔餅係全世界最好既蠔餅皆因佢既蠔味好足好鮮,其實都有其他地方既蠔既味都好鮮,好似牛頭角大排擋果d,甚或比佢大粒但佢落粉既比例岩岩好,香口唔油膩,我覺得e個其他人係比不上佢既蠔仔粥都好正!因為其他地方係唔夠味,一係就咸得滷味都好好味,應該澆左d沙嗲汁,每次都一定會叫墨魚,好好咬口=]不過我想佢再熱d!之前食過佢既墨魚餅我覺得好好味,夠熱夠香口但係朋友話ok冇野特別仲有個唔記得咩野雞..炸既...e個好正ar..有少少燒酒味,好香好惹味...不過食得多就會feel到d渴,可能重味精而其他既菜式就冇乜特別lo,同埋d煲仔菜會多油得服務方面我就覺得冇得彈,阿姐其實好好人屎記得有次等位我地見長龍就走左去打波返到去d位過晒,呀姐都盡量搵位比我地,真係唔該晒=]又有一次我地有十八個人去食,但係分開入座,搞到要換幾次阿姐都冇怨冇黑面,真係唔話得平時如果唔旺又會講2句,好過癮ga讀左咁多年書,全慈雲山

除左喜歡佢既美食,
佢亦見證左我美麗既中五暑假回憶
