To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日唔去尖沙咀追星,改去銅鑼灣。追完星後要補充一下體力,食返啲野。難得過海嚟到呢度,一定要試吓啲特別啲嘅野。咁岩就俾我地見到呢間印尼餐廳。佢個menu 上面啲野食真係好得別,湯粉皮我哋真係未食過,所以就點左黎試。個湯底仲要係花膠湯底,真係好期待。印尼花膠湯班蘭雞粉皮望落去有少少似海南雞但係呢又唔係海南雞咁樣嘅味道。雞肉好嫩滑,雞皮好爽口。粉皮有啲似沙河粉,但又冇沙河粉咁油。配埋花膠湯底,非常之好味。原條魚花膠湯粉皮呢個簡直係意外之喜,完全估唔到會有咁大條魚。係大過我隻手掌呀!個面炸得好香脆,入面啲魚肉又係嫩。超級好食!大蘑菇沙嗲大蘑菇就咁食已經好好食完全唔需要點沙嗲。蘑菇唔會話燒到好乾身,入面仲有啲水份,好Juicy。牛油果沙冰沙冰好快溶所以食得快啲,牛油果配埋朱古力醬,又邪惡但又誘人。

原條魚花膠湯粉皮
呢個簡直係意外之喜,完全估唔到會有咁大條魚。係大過我隻手掌呀!個面炸得好香脆,入面啲魚肉又係嫩。超級好食!

大蘑菇就咁食已經好好食完全唔需要點沙嗲。蘑菇唔會話燒到好乾身,入面仲有啲水份,好Juicy。
