To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一向對無論位於或潮有信心,質素控制得很好。今天我們二人午餐點了三個點心:潮洲豬腳凍,這個冷盆功夫多,要將豬腳煮熟,然後又要起皮又起肉去骨,再在模中重整加入之前從豬腳熬出來的汁,雪凍後切片上碟,配以蒜蓉醋點食。爽腍的豬皮挾著豬手內的肉及肉汁啫喱,簡直一流!鮑汁鳳爪,是我朋友的至愛,鳳爪炆得很入味,每隻都肥大肉厚。配以腍甜的花生,一絶。煎韮菜粿,皮厚薄適中,煎得金黃,腍中帶脆,饀內有韮菜蝦米,可惜韮菜有點過'老'。然後,點了一碗蠔仔肉碎粥,,蠔仔新鮮肥美,粥其實算是泡飯洽到好處,湯底鮮美,惟方魚略嫌硬身。
