To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每逢大時大節我都會揀去富臨食無他既, 主要係因為佢既食物品質同質素係最能KEEP到既 清蒸沙巴龍躉斑超大條既龍躉斑, 清蒸再加醬油已經好夠味, 肉質係我食過最鮮嫩既魚, 而且只需要用快子輕輕一夾就已經將D肉拿下來, 主要都係得D大骨, 就算我呢D唔識食魚既人都完全冇問題 紅燒乳鴿前菜我們點了每人一只的紅燒乳鴒, 呢度既紅燒乳鴿都幾出名, 皮脆肉嫩, 而且大小適中, 作為前菜個份量岩岩好 果皮蒸南非鮑魚鮑魚質素夠好, 只要簡單材料整一整就已經食到佢既鮮味, 呢個不但SIZE大大隻, 而且非常多汁, 一咬下去即刻FEEL到好鮮甜既口感, 而且唔會好柴, 蒸既時間火候控制得岩岩好

鮑魚質素夠好, 只要簡單材料整一整就已經食到佢既鮮味, 呢個不但SIZE大大隻, 而且非常多汁, 一咬下去即刻FEEL到好鮮甜既口感, 而且唔會好柴, 蒸既時間火候控制得岩岩好
