To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這星期溫度突然急降至12-13度,雖仍是兩位數字,但對我來說已經要出動暖水袋,而腦袋不斷浮現「打邊爐」、「雞煲」、「烤魚」、「韓燒」.....等畫面,就趁機會同兩老一起溫暖。光管店名招牌高高鑲在餐店正中,在黑漆漆的街巷中特別搶眼。走進內裏,正正方方的格局,地方不大,“L”形長沙發座配二至四人枱,中間有三行六人枱,大家要坐得親密一點,那更溫暖,岩晒此天氣。每枱已放有大大張的點菜紙,項目分得很清晰,有冷鍋、雞煲、火鍋魚、特式香鍋、配料、小菜、涼菜、主食、小食、甜品和飲品。*************************先來一客香油海蜇 Jelly Fish In Sesame Sauce ($38)作為前菜。海蜇的粗幼度適中,爽彈脆口,還拌入清爽的青瓜幼絲和甘香的芝麻,多份口感。吃前再撈一撈,帶有香油和酸醋味,而油份亦合宜,吃落不覺油膩,不錯! ******************************其實我們全家都是魚痴,魚鍋和火鍋魚都是目標。登登登登……期待的重慶酸菜火鍋海斑(走辣) Chongqing Pickled Vegetable Fish in Hotpot ($258)

其實我們全家都是魚痴,魚鍋和火鍋魚都是目標。登登登登……期待的重慶酸菜火鍋海斑(走辣) Chongqing Pickled Vegetable Fish in Hotpot ($258)出場啦!以一個長方形的鐵pan盛載上枱,放在電磁爐上邊滾邊吃,熱辣辣,既風味十足,亦很溫暖。魽魚和海斑中選了後者,體積不小,挺有份量,而鍋底的配料就有青瓜、豆卜、大豆芽、大量的酸菜 蒜粒。大家都很喜歡爽脆的酸菜,完全把它們通通吃光,哈!

時機一到,我先試最肥美的魚腩,肉質挺嫰滑, 而調味亦合宜,味道不會太濃,亦能嚐到魚本身的鮮味。再試魚背部分,潔白的魚肉片片分明,魚質紮實,但一點也不嚡口,也喜歡! 輪到最喜歡的魚頭,和老爸一人一半,不用爭食,哈! 魚頭滑嘟嘟,骨中夾雜一些魚肉和油脂,但最棒還是嫩滑的臉珠。

海鮮停不了!再來美國桶蠔U.S. Rock Oyster Meat ($118),一客四隻,每隻如半個拳頭般巨大,挾起來很墜,的確很有份量。蠔肚極之肉厚肥美,咬一口爆出鮮甜的蠔汁,大大粒的蠔柱和裙邊亦有咬口,蠔味濃郁,啖啖令人吃得滿足。

蔬菜不能少,最後是雜菜拼盤Mixed Vegetables Platter ($52),相當豐富,好有田園色彩。內有清甜的粟米、爽甜的娃娃菜、爽嫩唐生菜和油麥菜,全部都好新鮮。唔止蔬菜咁簡單,還有金菇和鮮冬菇,新鮮爽口,好滿足!

寒冷的天氣下,總令人覺得需要有人陪伴,雖然我仍未有另一半,但我有最愛的兩老,坐在他們身旁,一起溫暖,再吃埋烤魚就加倍溫暖。
