To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳位於中信大廈的4樓,到達金鐘時為六時許,在天橋上與內子像鮭魚般逆流而上,與剛下班的港豬們接踵摩肩,然而,過了天橋後,下班的人潮消失了,獲得了一份如桃源般的寧靜;餐廳的裝潢帶點工業風,近門口的位置有標靶給打工仔消消氣,露台面積不少,少說也能擺上十來張四人枱;坐下侍應便立刻奉上餐牌,這餐牌的最外層竟然是真皮所造,十分精緻。眼見餐廳正有幾款手工啤酒在做promotion,點了一杯來爽一爽皮,揀選了Hangry Donut,這是一隻美式嘅小麥啤酒,這款啤酒最特別之處是釀酒時除了用到小麥,還用上了洛神花,令啤酒的顏色帶有一點粉紅,泡沫綿密細緻,味道微酸清新,除帶有少許洛神花香味之外,還有點點西柚和檸檬的餘韻。Nacho,經典的芝士粟米片,三款醬料放於熱辣辣的芝士之上,有番茄沙沙, 牛油果醬以及sour cream,只是加多十元便可以加beef mince,粟米片香脆熱辣,無論蘸上那一款醬汁都相當之美味,更是下酒的一流之選。Grilled Australian Kobe steak,廚師把牛扒的外面煎得微微焦香,把medium-well掌握得剛剛好,牛扒皮脆肉嫩,每一口都散發著淡淡的牛味,飾演

飯後走到露台呷罷最後一口啤酒,望著城市璀璨的燈光,帶著滿意的笑容離開;倆口再到附近的添馬公園散散步,一路走到中環碼頭,是餐飲以外的另一份滿足。
