To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

吃辣開始新的一年,沾一點旺氣。先來前菜香油海蜇($38),可選不辣的香油和辣的紅油,看到鄰近的食客都點這個。習慣了香油海蜇,加上其它大部分食物都是辣的,便繼續選香油海蜇了。海蜇非常爽,如吃得太辣,吃一口涼香油海蜇反可即時解辣。海蜇底是青瓜絲,拌著海蜇吃更覺清新爽脆。尖椒皮旦($38)的賣相極好看,透明金黃色的皮,吃下去如啫喱的軟滑,便不知不覺吃多了。再來紅油豬耳($55),豬耳爽脆,份量不少。麻婆豆腐($62)讓人喜出望外。平常吃到的麻婆豆腐都是辣和油膩。這次點了BB辣的麻婆豆腐,還是滿滿的辣椒。那些辣椒辣度十足,但不吃那些辣椒,反倒有微微的豆醬味。豆腐滑不溜口,大量的辣椒沒有覆蓋了豆腐本身的豆香,與豆醬相輔相成,高水準之作。說白飯($10)是麻婆豆腐的伴侶,是最適合不過。加上白飯後,好像變得更開胃,一人吃一碟麻婆豆腐也可。重慶麻辣鮑魚雞煲(半隻)($198),加入大量薑蔥,辣氣與鑊氣十足。雞煲看似份量不多,其實我倆二人吃不下,足夠四人吃。吃完雞煲,把美國桶蠔($118)放進加了湯的鍋內,吃雞煲頓時變成吃火鍋。桶蠔肥美新鮮,放進混和雞煲餘下的辣椒和薑等的湯底,變成金黃色。手撕雞涼麵($
