接住落嚟就係沙巴野生大虎蝦,一路睇住師傅煎虎蝦,一路喺旁邊偷睇吓佢係點整嘅,連個蝦頭師傅都唔放過,幫我哋煎熟咗之後可以連個頭食埋入面啲蝦膏,用普通嘅牛油醬油醬汁已經好好味,蝦肉彈牙爽口,食得出既新鮮👍🏻

呢一道菜係我當日最喜歡嘅其中一款菜式,銀鱈魚果皮被煎香到脆卜卜,而且自己帶有鹹味,再配上惹味嘅鹹蛋黃醬☺️味道多層次而且鹹香味十足,有魚皮嘅香脆、魚肉嘅香嫩、鹹蛋黃醬嘅鹹香同焦脆,同埋入口軟滑嘅感覺😋整體配合得天衣無縫👍🏻

接住落嚟就係到煮鮑魚,個鮑魚喺上鐵板之前仲生勾勾郁嚟郁去,冇理由唔新鮮啦,師傅一邊調味一邊烹調鮑魚,鮑魚食落仲有啲軟心嘅狀態,但係外層又好彈牙,配上黑松露醬嘅香濃,令人十分滿足

到咗我朋友嘅最愛和牛🐃和牛只要輕輕一煎,再加上炸蒜同香蔥捲埋一齊食就已經好好味,牛肉入口即溶而且油花十足,食完滿口都係牛肉嘅香味

去到差唔多尾聲,係時候食炒雜菜同埋炒飯啦,呢一份野菜好大份,入面有芽菜、蘆筍、香蔥等既蔬菜,最適合清清味蕾

師傅話呢個鐵板炒飯係佢嘅拿手小菜,食得出粒粒分明而且炒得好乾爽,入面有好多食材,所以口感同埋個層次都好豐富,最最最鍾意就係佢有濃濃嘅櫻花蝦味,十分滿足

食完晒所有嘢之後,店員會奉上味噌湯同埋甜品俾我哋,最開心係個甜品係開心果雪糕嚟㗎😍奶味較重,而且食得得到開心果粒,為呢一餐畫上完美嘅句號😉
