To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近天氣開始轉涼心思思又諗起火鍋經朋友介紹我在OpenRice上搜尋得知這間「一鍋堂」，不但平靚正質素高而且位置方便，我們立即Book定枱一行四人齊齊「一鍋堂」，坐電梯到2樓一開門使唔使咁多人呀，心諗好彩我book了位如果唔係都唔知要等到幾時，所以有心理的朋友記得早啲book枱免得到時等了又等。坐低後覺得這裏最值得一讚的地方是，入來的時候店員給了你一張賬單上面有一個 QR code ，你可以用智能電話掃描QR code後，菜單和落單既方便又快捷而且十分環保，令一個值得一讚的地方是他們上菜的速度非常快基本上send了出去之後5分鐘內一定送到你的枱上。湯底都有16款提供總有一款啱你我哋揀咗杏汁豬肺湯天氣涼梗係要潤一潤啦鮮蝦鮮蝦，不但新鮮而且非常爽脆入口鮮甜叫幾多都一一日送上，絕對冇手軟。美國肩胛肉眼美國肩胛肉眼，牛味香濃而且不會太肥聖子仔聖子仔乾淨冇沙，鮮味突出新鮮魚雲新鮮魚雲，真的幾新鮮一啲腥味也沒有而且非常滑溜，喜歡的朋友絕對不要錯過。脆肉骨腩脆肉骨腩，新鮮香脆魚味濃而且魚油豐富，好食到停唔到口。自家製韭菜餃自家製韭菜餃，在爆餡的情況下韭菜的味道非常突出。西洋菜西洋菜，最正係西洋菜非常
