To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

肥雞永遠好煩惱仔喺尖沙咀行完街之後食啲乜嘢又唔好咁貴，咁肥雞今次經過就見到一間專賣越南菜同埋廣東菜嘅茶餐廳，價錢都幾親民，所以入去試下，因為媽子肚餓所以嗌咗個燒鵝飯，佢啲燒鵝可能啱啱新鮮出爐，熱辣辣，所以都唔錯肥瘦適中，跟住肥雞就嗌咗個軟殼蟹米紙卷配埋開胃嘅酸甜醬，又足料又好味 ，唔夠喉再整多隻燒乳鴿，佢啲乳鴿又係啱啱先出嚟油脂分佈得好好，皮脆肉嫩 送酒一流 ，再整多個蟹膏蕃茄扎肉湯檬粉 ，佢個蟹膏湯底非常之龍，配埋酸甜嘅蕃茄醬用料十足畀到肥雞一個驚喜
