Restaurant: Hong Kong Old Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經常聽到朋友說我個老飯店值得一試,於是就去試一下,叫了薰蛋、樟茶鴨、生煎飽、小龍飽、元蹄、上海粗炒、漕溜魚片、高力豆沙。食物質素果然很好。尤其是那個元蹄,肥而不油膩,必食。那個薰蛋真的令人感到有煙燻的味道(市面上的餐廳很多說自己的是薫蛋,但其實都沒有煙燻的味道)。那個小籠包,第一眼望見便感覺他不是蒸的很美的小籠包,所以可以不試。樟茶鴨及高力豆沙沒有什麼特別但可接受。服務態度可以,不是特別的招呼周到,但尚算合宜。總括來說雖然價錢不是非常便宜,但也算值得,可以接受
