To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嗯嗯,總是有種選擇困難症的感覺,不知道到哪裏吃才好。。當在牆角畫圈圈的時候,Openrice 又出現了~(雖然這只不過是增加更多的選擇。。)就在那月黑風高的晚上,「其實九龍壪都幾方便既。」就這樣,一行三人到了九龍灣的這間牛角門口等候,外面等的人不算特別的多,才不過是 15 人左右,卻等了差不多一個鐘才有位,進去的時候大概是 9:00pm 左右 (好似係)。。真的餓暈了了啦。。 >_<"點肉的時候,也不知道那個部位比較好吃,點的都是餐牌推薦,或是感覺划算的。絕讚和牛片~~~和牛片,入口即溶,係店員幫手燒既,不過超好食,去到一定要試!四小片盛為 $108  其他食品可能是新手的關係,我們自己燒的大部分也燒得不大好吃(或者是第一塊真的太好味了。。),但這店已很有心,為每一種食品烤的方法拍成了 Youtube 片段。假若不懂的話,那裏有一塊牌子有這些教學的 QR Code 連結,用手機掃一下便會打開相關片段~吃肉之外的填肚品。。可是呢,差不多把全部叫來的肉片都吃完,卻發現還有點肚子空空的感覺 =v="所以就多點了一個餅,填填肚。。美味的肉後甜品~最後是甜品,雪糕銅鑼燒

Other Info. : 姐係咁,如果你想係你 d 好好好朋友面前 showoff 呢,就記住要睇曬 d Youtube 片先好去,因為我個人認為燒得好食既應該都係得三類人,一係就係新手既運氣,一係就係有燒開野食,再唔係你一定係某某烤肉店既員工或者前員工 =v= 不過呢,如果要吃烤肉吃飽飽的話,大概要現在這個價位的雙倍吧 =v="
