To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Farewell 同事,揀左一間位於上環既酒樓。聽講呢間酒樓都幾出名,食物質素唔錯。 我地book左夜晚8點,特別要求book一間房。沿途留意到每間房都有人,果晚係星期四晚,都幾full下。一行14人叫左個套餐,份量好夠,味道高質。小菜食得出都幾夠火喉,炒飯同炒麵都大大碟。個人覺得最正係紅豆沙,唔算太甜,食落仲有陣好香既陳皮味間房仲可以唱k,當晚大家都好happy。下次諗住lunch time 去試埋點心。
