To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 大富大貴炒飯

官燕蛋白杏仁茶
此道甜品色澤雪白,使用上蛋白、燕窩、杏仁製作,並放入冰糖調味即可。蛋白和燕窩味道清淡,加入後令杏仁茶更綿密滑溜,而杏仁味道則濃郁出眾,整體口感濃郁黏稠,更有着解膩養顏的各種功效。

精美甜點有兩款,分別有各三件的桂花糕和腰果曲奇餅。桂花糕是中國的特色傳統小吃,其外觀四方晶瑩,內餡的桂花乾、杞子皆清晰可見,食用口感水嫩幼滑,清香不膩,桂花味道出眾。曲奇餅頂部加入了腰果點綴,入口鬆化酥香,清脆濃郁。

總結而言,餐廳裝潢以中式風格為主題,環境寬闊舒適,而且位置靠近維港,進食同時可以欣賞美景,甚是享受放鬆。菜餚方面真材實料,製作入味用心,是與家人朋友們吃中菜的好地方。
