黑雨冲擊後和另一半閒逛沙田新城市廣場，重見遊人如鰂，氣氛高漲，正值開餐時候，看到這品牌名字法式食店在商場内有分店開業，正好嚐嚐法國味道👏全開放式門面好開揚醒神，店内更可飽覽店外遊人百態👏正好是週末悠悠早午餐優惠時段，决定點了:是日餐湯:青豆肉碎湯，綿滑甘甜，入口有豆蓉口感，配置肉碎令湯底味道更有深度，開胃的頭湯😋前菜: 蕃茄茴香煮蜆，蕃茄味足，蜆肉新鮮爽脆有嚼勁😋主食: 米蘭式小牛扒，200克小牛肉扒醮上麵包糠, 焗至金黃色; 配沙律另加太陽蛋，焗皮鬆脆，加上太陽蛋黃汁香，味蕾好享受😋香煎三文魚配燒茴香，薯蓉伴日曬蕃茄醬汁，醬汁香草混合日曬蕃茄味香濃芳郁，三文魚皮脆肉滑魚味重，配上燒茴香爽嫩清新😋甜品: 香蕉船以薄片香蕉伴士多啤梨雪糕和雲呢拿雪糕，船皮又脆卜卜😋一頓滿足法式早午餐在餐飲後成回憶: 檸檬茶，檸檬水😋
