To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日朋友話要同我補食生日飯. 嘿嘿. 真係客氣! 我話既然係咁, 不如食間近屋企既. 唔駛咁辛苦走來走去! 上開飯喇~搵到呢家海南雞, 個名同上次K11 果家有D相近. 原來真係同一樣 ! 只係呢間係快餐形式, 所以決定一試再試!我地7:45PM左右去到. 人不算多. 店員哥哥好有禮, 安排左坐位之後. 就即刻睇MENU ! 呢度係快餐店形式, 出去點餐付款後, 會有個感應器放響檯上, 製作好就會有人送餐過來! 我地叫左最有人氣既海南雞飯(轉脾) , 油飯好香夠味, 雞肉好滑, 精華在於塊皮, 爽口, 加埋醬汁真係好好味! 另外都叫左1個大蝦喇沙. 絕不欺場. 足足有3隻大蝦. 再有豆卜配搭. 湯汁好香濃, D米線完全索晒D湯. 精華所在呀~~ 蝦都好大隻, 爽口, 有驚喜 ! 而朋友話想食咸蛋黃雞翼, 我地都ORDER左1份. 估唔到用全翼製作, 啖啖肉, 好食! 咸蛋黃超正~ 夠金沙! 飲埋杯美祿脆脆真係爆到上心口~~正呀!
