前排去完依度食麻辣麵之後念念不忘,所以趁今日同朋友來到中環就再食。今次我同朋友都叫左麻辣湯麵。佢叫左排骨,我叫左牛肉。相比上次食的撈麵,湯麵明顯落得多啲油,所以食落更香。而牛肉餐廳係用左牛腱的部位,食落軟而不爛,亦都好索湯的麻味,口感十足。而大排則因為係慢火燘製,食落既有厚肉的質感,入口又鬆軟,個人認為比牛更好食。而夫婦肺片都係相當麻,而且都大片,值得一提的係個棒棒雞,製作時已經用棍捶鬆雞肉,加上切得非常薄,所以極為入味。
