To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 天寒地凍就最適合打邊爐㗎啦(=ﾟωﾟ)ﾉ今次見到好多人都推介呢個酸菜魚外賣自取火鍋套餐幾抵🐟所以就買咗一個返去比屋企人試下～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～🐠 老壇酸菜魚火鍋套餐 $169 (9/10) 呢個套餐其實係將條魚炸好左，跟住pat落去火鍋度，再煮佢其他嘅火鍋料～首先佢條魚真係勁大條啦，但係呢配上酸菜湯底呢係非常之夾嘅，連我老竇呢個食左好多次烤魚嘅人都話呢個餐好抵，好食過之前嘅某餐廳，又貴又唔算好食🤣🤣🤣其實我自己一開頭都驚驚地，因為我唔算好鍾意食酸菜，主要係驚好似老一輩嗰啲酸菜咁酸，但係出嚟係開胃嘅酸，我又幾鍾意❤️但係佢其他嘅火鍋料都唔惹少㗎，有生菜🥬牛丸，墨魚丸，雲耳，紅薯粉同埋肥牛啊🤣而且仲包兩盒嘢飲！所以都幾多份量～雖然呢個係一個二人餐，但係三個人食都非常之足夠啊😙我阿媽仲非常之聰明，利用左湯底再去煮其他嘅菜（佢話要食得健康啲🤣啲蔬菜配埋個湯底都非常之入味😋～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～
