話說之前聽朋友介紹過莆田呢間米芝蓮餐廳,話佢進跓左尖沙咀美麗華。本身都未有太大意慾想食,點知聽到莆田有個蟶子節,即刻挑起左我既興趣,9秒9去試下先。叫左個二人既蟶子套餐,勁期待!前菜先試左個冰浸苦瓜先。生既苦瓜比較重苦味,但係有少許的甘甜味。口感清爽,都算幾特別。咩叫頭水紫菜呢?第一次收成既紫菜就叫頭水,之後就叫二水丶三水丶四水。頭水紫菜特別幼滑,食落真係特別唔同架!到左我最期待既蟶子出場啦!首先既係薑蔥炒蟶子。每隻蟶子都脹卜卜,肉質爽口,隻隻都好甜好肥美,好正!平時出街食飯都好少可會叫到蟶子,呢碟蟶子100蚊都唔洗,而且質素相當正!推介呀椒鹽XX都食得好多,但係椒鹽蟶子真係成世人第一次食!最爽既係咩呀?就係唔洗剥殼,成隻成隻咁食真係勁爽。而且椒鹽個炸皮勁薄,蟶子入面炸得唔會過老,重好多汁,唔錯唔錯最後就當然要加番D澱粉質先夠夠啦!呢個炒米粉真係好正!同平時大家食過個隻炒米粉唔同。麵質幼好多,而且比較軟身,好索味!兩個大男人食到呢度都飽飽地,幾抵食,唔錯!

椒鹽XX都食得好多,但係椒鹽蟶子真係成世人第一次食!最爽既係咩呀?就係唔洗剥殼,成隻成隻咁食真係勁爽。
